My good friend recently forwarded a juicing recipe her mom had sent her that included beets. I’ve always wanted to juice with beets but for some reason I was nervous?! No idea why. It’s no trouble!

Yep – I’m a nerd! Anyways…
I have never actually followed a juicing “recipe”. I just throw in anything that sounds yummy and that I have in the fridge at the time.
For this particular juice I used:
– 1/2 of a beet (remove skin)
– 2 Granny Smith apples
– 2 carrots
– 1/2 cucumber
– 1 jalapeno
– 1/2 lemon (remove rind)
(I would typically use kale or spinach in every juice…but sadly I was out. Grocery run time!)
