There’s something unique about weekday morning workouts. For one it takes a special human to WANT to wake up any earlier than necessary. So when I choose to go to early morning classes I typically find a more dedicated breed in the gym. These people are serious about their health – and I love it.
Last week I worked out two days before work (other days after work) and one of these days was Sculpt at CorePower Yoga. I am typically all about a good shavasana at the end of a hard-core Sculpt class but I can’t help but think “Get outta here and claim a shower! Gotta get to work!” Ah such is the American way. Go go go.

Working out before work leaves me feeling rejuvenated and adrenaline filled in the morning…but ready for a nap in the afternoon! I think I will continue to workout 1-2 mornings each week as I truly enjoy my sleep
