One stipulation of being an Ambassador was that you need to have a blog. This was what finally got my butt in gear to start blogging a little over a year ago. SO happy I did. I have not made nearly enough time for it, but when I do I am in my “happy place” of combining my main passions – fitness and social media.
Just finished my second Esprit de She duathlon in Lakeville a few weeks ago and was super proud of my hard work and results.

|All Setup in Transition|
I was in the first wave and could not believe I was in 4th after the first run and the very first person out of transition to start the bike. I remember thinking “wait – am I lost?! This can’t be right.” But sure enough there was no one in front of me but a cop car leading the way.

The post-race party at the finish line was not as fun as last year due to the weather. There is a gorgeous pool area at Life Time in Lakeville but because it was crappy out they moved it to the gym inside. Ah well…the mimosas were still delish after a tough workout 😉
