Do you guys also struggle with overeating on many occasions? I swear Pringles got it right with their motto “Once you pop you can’t stop!”. If you’ve ever seen me around a can of Pringles then you know this is way too true. YIKES.
I also know my portion control can be out of hand as well. Once I’m hungry and start eating and can be hard for me to know when to stop. Do I really need another serving or those extra bites? I was definitely raised with the “one more serving I don’t want leftovers!” outlook. Love you mom and dad! 😉
