This “transition” period (as they call it) has been quite interesting. Challenging, emotional, endearing, complicated, frustrating – all these words are fitting. Yes, I have spent the past NINE months in transition. And you can bet your bottom dollar–it has all been worth it.
My first question…ok figure out benefits as they ended the day I left. EEK! Ok next question–what the heck are you PASSIONATE about Christina?! You have been given an opportunity at starting fresh.

Self: “…and fitness…”

Great work self!
Are you happy with what you are doing? Do you accept your “job” because you’re happy to have one? Welp sorry but you’re failing. What do you WANT to do? I am proof that you can DO IT.
I completely transitioned my career focus from sales to social media/digital marketing in 9 measly months (yes–measly in the span of a lifetime of sorrow). If you want to change your focus then start now and GO for it.
My switch definitely did not happen over night. I have lost a lot of money, I’m sure some think I’m nuts for turning down sales opportunities but hey–I made it suckers.
I JUST GOT MY DREAM JOB!! Yep…I am a Social Media Specialist in 3M’s Consumer Business Group! I will be working specifically with Command, ScotchBlue and DIY brands!! Holy Pinterest here I come!!! Super pumped if you can’t tell.
Huge thank you to my family and friends who have given me loads of support throughout this time. Not sure where I would be without you!!
Proof in the puddin here folks. I can’t stress enough – follow your dreams dammit.
