When you work at an office full-time it’s tough to stay on track with eating healthy and making a lunch to bring in! I like quick, easy, healthy yet delish meals. I can get sick of food easily so I need to keep switching it up
One salad that I’ve come to love is my Trader Joe’s Salad! Basically every ingredient can be found at Trader Joe’s and for super cheap.
– Kale, Spinach, Mixed Greens – or any combo
– Healthy 8 Mixed Veggies – chopped up — for $2.99! Are you KIDDING me?! This would cost $15+ and your time if you were to go somewhere else and chop up all the goods.
– Balsamic dressing
– Parmesan cheese
– Cashews. Because they add a yummy crunch.
Make sure to put the dressing into your to-go dish first so it’s on the bottom and always have your greens on top so they don’t get soggy. When you’re ready for lunch…SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE!
